Andy brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in business management, cost consultancy, and sustainable construction processes. His skills encompass roles such as Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Project Coordination, CDM Principal Designer, and Cost Consultancy, ensuring every project is managed with precision and professionalism.

He holds ONC and HNC qualifications in Building Studies, along with Diplomas in Management and Marketing. Andy is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), a Chartered Manager, and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), reflecting his dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards.

With a strong academic foundation, Hakan holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Construction Materials within Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and holds the SMSTS certification, underscoring his commitment to upholding the highest industry standards.

Hakan has held senior management roles in multinational companies across the UK and internationally. His extensive experience spans residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
